Every order is packed with care from Sydney, Australia.
Processing Times
As all items are handmade or prepared in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
During market weeks, launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Custom or personalised items may also require additional time.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and postal delays.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected countries.
Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels have been shipped, they are in the care of the postal carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
