Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped from Australia.
Orders are usually packed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, it might take a little longer, but I’ll always do my best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but generally:
Australia: 2–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays can sometimes happen once your parcel is with the postal service.
Returns & Refunds
Since items are made in small runs and often one of a kind, returns and refunds aren’t accepted for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.
